MaintenanceNet imports data in multiple formats from multiple systems, conditions it for use, transforms the resulting information into a uniform view, and houses the information within our Service360 Data Core. MaintenanceNet presents the information via our web-based Service360 platform to provide a variety of automated notifications, configurable reports, filters and advanced search capabilities. Data Flow
The MaintenanceNet Solution employs three primary data repositories. These include: an Import Database to manage batch and real-time data processing; a Data Warehouse (Service360 Data Core) to provide active storage and heuristic analytic capabilities; and a Reporting Database which provides that data necessary to run the web-based applications. MaintenanceNet receives the data via various communication channels including FTP, SFTP, Email and Web Services.
