Scott Herron, President & CEO As president and chief executive officer for MaintenanceNet, Scott Herron manages the long-term strategy of the company. An original founder, Herron brings more than twenty years of technology consulting and business management expertise. His creative leadership style is driven by the belief that a successful organization is built on commitment, integrity, and sound business practices. Prior to MaintenanceNet, Herron successfully managed various IT departments before starting Networld Solutions in 1994 – a company which he grew to a multi-million dollar organization before being acquired in 1998. Mr. Herron is an active investor and advisor to a variety of Southern California technology based companies. |

Andrew Africa, EVP Business Solutions As executive vice president of business solutions, Andrew Africa brings more than ten years experience in the business applications software industry. With a background in defining and managing highly-efficient business solutions frameworks, Africa steers the design, production and delivery of advanced software technologies within the company. Prior to MaintenanceNet, Africa was COO at InfoQuest Systems, where he led operations including production, implementation, and customer service. During his tenure he was instrumental in transitioning InfoQuest products to an ASP business model while managing long-term implementations for media conglomerates such as AOL-Time Warner, Comcast, and Universal Pictures- overseeing a monthly transaction volume in excess of US$40 Million. |

Shayne Skaff, EVP Business Development Shayne Skaff is executive vice president of business development for MaintenanceNet. With a background in strategic business development, Skaff heads up the sales and business-expansion strategies for the company. Prior to MaintenanceNet, Shayne was an Account Executive with AVNET Enterprise Solution, a Phoenix-based technology consulting company. During his tenure at AVNET, Skaff was active across multiple aspects of business development, from establishing multi-million dollar partnerships with key suppliers to helping establish a California sales district. With a client portfolio that consisted of various Fortune 500 corporations, Skaff and his team grew the California territory into a US$50 million operation. Prior to AVNET, Skaff was a sales executive with Globelle where he managed key IT Reseller accounts while building a multi-million dollar channel partner network. |

Joe Markee, Board Member Joe Markee currently serves as a managing director of San Diego-based Express Ventures, where he leverages his extensive experience in early stage company formation, capital raising, corporate management, and public and private corporate governance. Prior to joining Express Ventures, he took Figure 8 Wireless, a San Diego wireless communications company, from its initial business plan and fund raising in 2004, to its sale to Chipcon ASA of Norway in 2005. Texas Instruments subsequently purchased Chipcon in 2006 for $200 million. In addition, Joe co-founded Copper Mountain Networks in 1995, serving as founding CEO of the Palo Alto, Calif.-based company. As chairman and CTO, he helped take the organization public in May 1999. From 1988 to 1995, he co-founded San Diego-based Primary Access, a remote access server company that was sold to 3Com Corporation in 1994 for $170 million. Joe was also a founder and served as president of the San Diego Telecommunications Council (recently renamed CommNexus). Carm Santoro, Board Member A seasoned executive who has held the titles of president, CEO and chairman for a number of highly successful technology companies, Carm Santoro brings a wealth of experience to the MaintenanceNet board of directors. He is best known for his exceptional leadership, vision and drive. Carm has served in top-level executive positions at Attensity, AST Research, Silicon Systems, Ashton-Tate and Platinum Software. In addition, he has served on the board of directors of many public companies including Seagate Technology, Dallas Semiconductor, S3, Techniclone and Mentor Graphics. Santoro has also been a contributing board member for several private and public companies. Philanthropic work plays a big role in Carm’s life. He has been involved with fundraising for cancer research and treatment; and has spearheaded a successful fundraising campaign for St. Joseph’s Hospital in Orange County, Calif. He has also served as a founding contributor to both the Park City, Utah and Orange County Performing Arts Centers. |
