He has also served on the Board of Directors for several publicly traded companies including: Seagate Technology Inc., Dallas Semiconductor Inc., S3 Inc, Techniclone Inc., and Mentor Graphics Inc.

Bob Frankenberg
Mr. Frankenberg chairs Kinzan Inc., a leading provider of Internet services platforms. Until its recent sale to Symantec, Frankenberg also chaired PowerQuest, a leading provider of storage management software. Frankenberg was also the chairman, president and CEO of Encanto Networks from June 1997 to July 2000 when the company's major business was sold to Avaya. Prior to forming Encanto, Frankenberg was the Chairman, President and CEO of Novell, the world's largest networking software company, from April 1994 to August 1996. Prior to Novell, Frankenberg was the corporate Vice President & Group General Manager of Hewlett-Packard's Personal Information Products Group, responsible for HP's personal computer, PC Server, networking, office software, calculator, and consumer product lines.
