Solution
PC Connection decided to leverage the expertise of MaintenanceNet, Inc., the leading provider of service contract management and automation solutions. The company chose to deploy the MaintenanceNet Quote to Order (QTO) module. QTO allows PC Connection sales agents to create quotes directly within a cloud-based service contract management platform.
Integrated with PC Connection’s internal quoting and ordering applications, QTO also provides a foundation for an entirely new self-help approach to service quoting, which is driving new levels of sales efficiency for the company.
Using QTO, sales agents can complete service sales quotes in minutes: it works by eliminating tedious steps, such as manual entry on multiple systems, and by simplifying complex searches for service options. With single-click quoting features,transforms a service quoting process that previously took 24 hours or more into a process that can be completed in just a few minutes.
