Shayne Skaff, President
Aided by a background in strategic business development, Shayne Skaff heads up sales and business expansion strategies for the company. With more than a decade of channel sales expertise, he has been instrumental in attracting leading global organizations to the MaintenanceNet customer base. Rob Neville, Vice President, Finance and Accounting
With more than 12 years of management-level experience, Rob Neville has successfully guided MaintenanceNet’s global finance and accounting strategies since 2008. His background includes leadership positions with a number of brand name companies, including Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Prior to joining MaintenanceNet, Neville served as controller for a leading San Diego-based accounting firm. Combining strategic long-term vision with an eye for accounting detail and cost efficiency, Neville has played an instrumental role in MaintenanceNet’s worldwide growth.
Kelly Crothers, Vice President of Marketing and Product Management
Kelly Crothers’ strategic marketing vision has guided MaintenanceNet since 2004. A creative and resourceful professional, she continues to position the company at the forefront through innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies. Crothers defined and implemented the formal go-to-market plan for MaintenanceNet, and today oversees product management and marketing. She has also served as a valued resource for customers’ channel-facing marketing campaigns. In 2007, Crothers’ marketing efforts for MaintenanceNet were recognized with a 1to1 Marketing Excellence Award.

Tal Almog, Vice President of Operations
A seasoned IT leader with 14 years of international technology, management and consulting experience, Tal Almog oversees operations, production support and project management for MaintenanceNet. Almog’s main responsibility is ensuring that MaintenanceNet meets and exceeds customer expectations for all global service contract management implementations. His career is highlighted by a focus on providing complex, mission critical business and software solutions to top Fortune 500 companies. With a successful track record in program management and in guiding teams of up-to 40 professionals, Almog brings excellent communication, leadership, analytical and client service skills to MaintenanceNet.
Carol Kinney, Vice President of Strategic Accounts
With more than 25 years of successful channel development and sales management leadership experience, Carol D. Kinney oversees MaintenanceNet’s global strategic accounts initiatives. Kinney’s proven track record with Fortune 200 companies – from major technology manufacturers to leading distribution companies – gives her keen insight into the most important factors driving the growth of MaintenanceNet’s worldwide customer base. She joined MaintenanceNet in 2013 after holding executive positions with Avnet and Digital Equipment Corp (DEC).
