Herron is an active investor and advisor to a variety of Southern California technology-based companies.
Aided by a background in strategic business development, Shayne Skaff heads up sales and business expansion strategies for the company. With more than a decade of channel sales expertise, he has been instrumental in attracting leading global organizations to the MaintenanceNet customer base. Prior to MaintenanceNet, Skaff was an account executive with Avnet Enterprise Solutions, a Phoenix-based technology consulting company.
Vice President of Marketing and Product Management
Kelly Crothers’ strategic marketing vision has guided MaintenanceNet since 2004. A creative and resourceful professional, she continues to position the company at the forefront through innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies. Crothers defined and implemented the formal go-to-market plan for MaintenanceNet, and today oversees product management and marketing. She has also served as a valued resource for customers’ channel-facing marketing campaigns. In 2007, Crothers’ marketing efforts for MaintenanceNet were recognized with a 1to1 Marketing Excellence Award.
Vice President of Operations
A seasoned technology leader with more than 15 years of international technology, management and consulting experience, Tal Almog oversees operations, global services and customer support for MaintenanceNet. Almog’s main responsibility is ensuring that MaintenanceNet meets and exceeds customer expectations worldwide for all implementations. His career is highlighted by a focus on designing, developing and delivering complex, mission-critical business and software solutions to top Fortune 500 companies. With a successful track record in operations, multi-million dollar program management and in leading large cross-functional teams, Almog has created an environment of operational excellence at MaintenanceNet.
Vice President of Professional Services
Steven Merten is an accomplished enterprise software and services executive with nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare and technology industries. From PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte & Touche, to Avnet Technology Solutions and Infor, Merten’s work in professional services has spanned the globe and encompassed many of the most recognized names in business. Prior to joining MaintenanceNet, Merten served as Vice President of Infor, the third largest provider of enterprise applications and services, where he held responsibility for healthcare product management, development and support. In leading the professional services organization at MaintenanceNet, Merten’s overriding directive is to optimize the customer experience for clients worldwide.
Vice President of Global Sales
A 20-year IT channel veteran, Justin Crotty began his career as a network engineer at IBM and went on to hold leadership roles at NetEnrich, Inc. and Ingram Micro, the global technology distribution giant. It was at the latter where he conceived, launched and grew the Cloud Services Division and, along with his team, pioneered North America’s first IT managed and cloud services distribution model focused on recurring revenue offerings. A four-time CRN Channel Chief, Crotty has also been professionally recognized as part of the MSPmentor 250 and SMB Nation Influential 150. As Vice President of Global Sales, he oversees MaintenanceNet’s sales teams, sales operations and global sales resources, with a mission to exceed customer expectations and drive ongoing success for the company. An active community volunteer, Crotty is Founder and Board Chairman of the San Juan Capistrano Education Foundation, Inc. and serves on many nonprofit boards.
Vice President, Finance and Accounting
With more than 12 years of management-level experience, Rob Neville has successfully guided MaintenanceNet’s global finance and accounting strategies since 2008. His background includes leadership positions with a number of brand name companies, including Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Prior to joining MaintenanceNet, Neville served as controller for a leading San Diego-based accounting firm. Combining strategic long-term vision with an eye for accounting detail and cost efficiency, Neville has played an instrumental role in MaintenanceNet’s worldwide growth.
Managing Director, EMEA
Salman Chaudhary brings a proven, 20-year track record of starting and growing businesses to MaintenanceNet, having spent the last two decades as a senior executive for consulting and technology firms across North America, Europe and Asia. With a background in providing business and technology solutions to leading Global 1000 companies, Chaudhary is responsible for overseeing all aspects of MaintenanceNet’s EMEA operations. He joined MaintenanceNet after serving as Managing Director, EMEA and APAC at InQuira Inc., a leading knowledge management software company, which was acquired by Oracle Systems in 2011. Prior to InQuira, Chaudhary’s career included leadership positions at OpenCrowd, Scient (acquired by SBI, Inc.) and Cambridge Technology Partners. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Vice President of Product
With nearly two decades of experience building and leading domestic and global product teams for Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions, Bjorn Hildahl oversees the ongoing development and delivery of MaintenanceNet’s cloud-based service revenue generation platform as well as its data intelligence and predictive and prescriptive analytics offerings. Hildahl’s extensive background in designing system architectures and developing products and solutions spans e-commerce, mobile enterprise and consumer-based applications, as well as mobile payment, transaction-based and n-tiered distributed systems. He joined MaintenanceNet after five years at Kony, Inc., where he served as VP of Product Management. Earlier in his career, Hildahl was Director of Technology and Client services for mFoundry (acquired by FIS).
